    The material is selected from aerospace-grade titanium aluminum alloy, etc., which is lightweight at 8.5g/cm³ and has a tensile strength of 1500MPa, strong load-bearing and long life. The surface treatment combines DLC and plasma nitriding technology, and the wear resistance is improved by 300%, which can adapt to extreme working conditions.

     In terms of quality assurance, we build a precision inspection system based on a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine (accuracy ±0.005mm) and a laser level gauge (accuracy 0.1mm/m), and manage the quality of the entire process in a closed loop to ensure consistent and reliable performance.

     The system is suitable for mechanical equipment, automation equipment and other fields that require high precision and durability, especially the aerospace and semiconductor industries.
